  • Patent number: 9717182
Abstract: A feederhouse for a combine harvester comprises an endless conveyor having at least two traction means made of inherently flexible material circulating about the deflection rollers and offset from one another in the axial direction of the deflection rollers, between which conveying strips extend. The inner sides of the traction conveying strips are furnished with cams made of inherently flexible material. Anchor plates are embedded in each of the cams. A first fastener having a first head recessed within the individual cam extends through individual cams, through individual anchor plates and through individual conveying strips. The anchor plate comprises two non-circular openings, wherein the first fastener and the second fastener each have non-cylindrical outer circumferential surfaces received within the non-circular openings to inhibit rotation of each of the first fastener and the second fastener relative to the anchor plate.

  • Publication number: 20150080069
Abstract: An arrangement for loss measurement in a combine harvester (10, 10?) comprises a grain flow sensor (68, 68?, 68?, 68a, 68b) for detecting the intensity of a grain flow separated out in a separating apparatus of the combine harvester (10, 10?) and a monitoring device (74) for calculating a grain loss value on the basis of signals from the grain flow sensor (68, 68?, 68?, 68a, 68b). The grain flow sensor (68, 68?, 68?, 68a, 68b) is associated with a conveying apparatus for grain arranged between the separating apparatus and a cleaning apparatus (46).

  • Publication number: 20140376839
Abstract: A steering shaft for a steering system of a motor vehicle, comprises an inner shaft mounted axially displaceably in a hollow shaft, wherein a rolling bearing having multiple metallic rolling elements, which are disposed axially in at least two rows, is disposed between the hollow shaft and the inner shaft. Previously known steering shafts cannot reliably present vibrations from being transmitted from the inner shaft to the hollow shaft. Therefore, the diameters of the metallic rolling elements decreases proceeding from the center of the rolling bearing toward the end faces thereof, wherein multiple mutually adjacent metallic rolling elements have identical and/or different diameters.

  • Patent number: 4805311
Abstract: A gauge ring is disclosed having an inwardly disposed measuring surface which is subdivided into at least two measuring jaws, whereby the measuring jaws are connected to one another and are of one piece by a peripheral spring joint and whereby relative movements between the two measuring jaws can be transmitted onto a measuring sensor. The enveloping cylinder of precision round parts and, in particular, of light waveguide plug pins can thereby be identified with extreme precision.

  • Patent number: 4802680
Abstract: A coaxial collect truck is disclosed having at least two clamping jaws which are radially adjustable by a respective chuck lever, whereby every chuck lever is connected to a respective stationary base part at one end by a first spring joint and is connected to a set collar at its other end by a second spring joint. The set collar is capable of engaging and releasing the clamping jaws by being rotatably seated at the base part by a respective third spring joint. Coaxial clamping in the sub-micrometer range is thereby achieved for precision round parts, particularly of plug pins for the releasable connection of optical fibers of light waveguides, whereby all chuck levers, base parts, first, second and third spring joints as well as the set collar are fashioned of one piece from a common plate.
