  • Publication number: 20220372512
Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to methods and adeno-associated virus (AAV) vectors for in vivo transduction. The disclosure is directed to methods for producing modified AAV capsid polypeptides and AAV vectors that are suitable for transduction of cells in vivo, and methods for screening AAV vectors. The disclosure also relates to adeno-associated virus (AAV) capsid polypeptides and encoding nucleic acid molecules, AAV vectors comprising the capsid polypeptides, and nucleic acid vectors comprising the encoding nucleic acids molecules, as well as to host cells comprising the vectors. The disclosure also relates to methods and uses of the polypeptides, encoding nucleic acids molecules, vectors and host cells.

  • Patent number: 5864479
Abstract: A programming device for programming a programmable state controller. The programming device translates a control task into an automation-unit control program to be executed by the programmable state controller. The programming device simplifies the programming of a programmable state controller by using a structured text with several sub-structures to formulate the control task.

  • Patent number: 5737213
Abstract: A controlling system includes a comparator unit, which determines a system deviation from a reference variable and a controlled variable, and comprising a correcting device, which is arranged downstream from the comparator unit and which determines a manipulated variable of a controlled system. As a result, the controlling system acts quickly on this manipulated variable in that, from the controlled variable, a differential device determines a difference quotient and supplies it to the correcting device. The correcting device, in accordance with a control instruction, from the difference quotient and the system deviation, starting from an instantaneous state, selects a sequential state and acts on the manipulated variable in accordance with this sequential state. The invention is used in programmable controllers.

  • Patent number: 5648899
Abstract: A programming machine for a storage-programmable state controller and a method for creating a control program for a storage-programmable state controller. A software tool is used to develop a control task, in the form of an action-time diagram, is stored in memory and is displayable. The control task is then converted to a control program with control codes and status codes. The invention has applications in programming machines for storage programmable controls.

  • Patent number: 5461581
Abstract: A programmable controller having a word processor for word processing operations and a bit processor for bit processing operations. The bit processor has a first flag register and a second flag register which permit the comparison of the results of word processing operations with the results of the preceding bit processing operations to be simplified.

  • Patent number: 4274082
Abstract: Transmission system for digital control of electrical devices, by means of standardized or uniformly releasable pulse combinations corresponding to the desired control operations, which pulse combinations are sent selectively at least from a first and a second of the devices to be controlled to a two-conductor line system, which line system connects all devices in parallel with each other, whereby the connection line is under a constant bias voltage.
