Abstract: Disclosed embodiments may include a method that includes receiving profile data associated with a user, the profile data comprising a first phone number, receiving browsing data from a user device associated with the user, storing the browsing data with a store time, receiving a phone call from the first phone number at a call time, identifying the user from the first phone number, retrieving the browsing data, determining whether the store time is within a time threshold of the call time and whether the browsing data comprises trigger data. When the browsing data comprises the trigger data and the store time is within the time threshold of the call time, generate a customized audio IVR menu based on the browsing data and present the customized audio IVR menu to the user over the phone call.

Abstract: Techniques for generating a workflow model are described. In an example, a device presents a window. A selection of an icon presented in the window is received, where the icon corresponds to a node having a node type. Based on rule, the device determines a location where the icon can be added to a workflow. The rule indicates the location based on the node type and a workflow model. The user device presents, in the window, an indicator of the location, receives a placement of the node at the location, and presents, the icon at the location indicating that the node is added to the workflow. The device updates the workflow model to include, based on the placement, a reference to executable code that corresponds to the node, and to include, based on the location, information about an execution sequence of executable codes referenced in the workflow model.

Abstract: Methods, media and systems for screening content for malicious content in a web browser are disclosed. Document object model (DOM) elements are retrieved from the content displayed in the web browser. A link to visit a web site included in the DOM elements is identified. The identified link is compared to a list of permitted sources. Information is scanned to determine whether the information matches records of content transmitted by a primary source among the permitted sources. An alert is generated after determining a mismatch between the information in the DOM elements and records of content transmitted by the primary source.

Abstract: A device identifies one or more user interface elements, in a user interface, associated with a fixed positioning characteristic and not positioned within another user interface element with the fixed positioning characteristic. Abstract: In an example embodiment, a deep neural network may be utilized to determine matches between candidate pairs of entities, as well as confidence scores that reflect how certain the deep neural network is about the corresponding match. The deep neural network is also able to find these matches without requiring domain knowledge that would be required if features for a machine-learned model were handcrafted, which is a drawback of prior art machine-learned models used to match entities in multiple tables. Thus, the deep neural network improves on the functioning of prior art machine learned models designed to perform the same tasks. Specifically, the deep neural network learns the relationships of tabular fields and the patterns that define a match from historical data alone, making this approach generic and applicable independent of the context.
