    Abstract: A self-adjusting pipe or pole grapple apparatus has a frame having a coupler system attached thereto for coupling to wheel or crawler type loaders. The grappler includes a pair of elongated lifting fork tines for lifting pipes, poles, or elongated members, and a pair of self-adjusting grapple arms hydraulically actuated to grip pipes or poles located on the fork. The grapple arms are self-adjusting for varying size loads supported on the forks.
