Abstract: A system, and associated method, for launching and delivering separated food product in organized groups to a robotized packaging station for the product. The system initiates the delivery via a metered hopper of food product delivering the product to a launch V-belt that aligns the product end to end. A successive singulator belt, positioned adjacent to and receiving product from the launch belt, further organizes the product into a single file alignment. An optional separator belt may follow the singulator belt to create gaps between successive product units. The product is then delivered to a pick belt for product to be provided to the packaging robot. The system product information is from a single (per product delivery line) sensor, enabling intergrated end-to-end control from hopper to robot, and a nearly continuous motion of said pick belt.

Abstract: A system and method for utilizing an attribute data container, e.g., a font file, to store a device identifier is provided. During a mobile configuration procedure, an analytic processing server generates a unique identifier to be used in identifying a particular end user device. This unique identifier is embedded into an attribute data container that is then stored on the end-user device. An application, executing on the end-user device, may load the attribute data container to determine the unique identifier associated with the end user device.

This method and system has capability to effectuate point of use control of the stored articles through a database in the computer system. This method and system also implements a security mechanism through a lock system to secure the store articles from unauthorized user/stock clerks.

A hash algorithm is applied across the key and control for generating a hash field that cryptographically ties the control and key fields together. Improved security is provided because tampering with any portion of the key block results in an invalid key block. The work factor associated with any manner of attack is sufficient to maintain a high level of security consistent with the large keys and strong cryptographic algorithms supported.
