    Abstract: A method and apparatus for collecting aerosol particles. The particles are subjected to an electrostatic charge prior to collection in an electrically resistive fiber bed. The method is applicable to particles in a broad size range, including the difficult-to-remove particles having diameters between 0.01 and 2 microns.
