The system includes a metadata cache to store one or more sets of metadata representing parameters associated with one or more content items. The one or more sets of metadata in the metadata cache are used to identify and distinguish one or more content items with respect to the request. The system includes a content cache to store one or more content items. The one or more content items are searchable based on associated metadata. The metadata cache and the content cache facilitate the request by first querying the metadata cache and then querying the content cache based on a result of the metadata cache query.
