Abstract: Brake systems, assemblies and methods for use on remote control vehicles. In some embodiments, a counter-link member is provided to cause an opposing torque on a brake cam as a function of turning a wheel of the remote control vehicle, which can decrease a force applied to brake discs of the vehicle. In other embodiments, a counter-link member is provided along with a counter-cam, wherein the counter-cam can be moved to release or re-establish force applied to brake discs as a function of turning a front wheel of the vehicle.
