Abstract: A new trend in chemical analysis is introduced including design of new instruments used for counting of molecules and enantiomers in a given solution. The method is mainly based on quantum optics and quantum chemistry which are the reasons for the expression “Quantum Chemical Analysis”. Where a modern technology of photon counting is used. Also, the wavelength used is estimated through molecular orbital calculations. The method dose not require a raw material to construct a calibration curve. So, it can be applied for determination of compounds where their raw materials can not be provided like impurities, degradation products, biological compounds etc. In addition to the small time of analysis which allow study of kinetics of transition state.
