Central to this grill is the electric heating device, which includes an electric heating component and a circuit board integrated with electric components. The electric heating component includes an electric output head and an electric connection rod that is securely attached to and electrically connected with the head, ensuring a stable connection to the circuit board. The grill is equipped with a lifting device that is affixed to and grounded by the grill carrier, facilitating the electrical connection with the fire gathering plate. This plate is positioned above the electric output head, creating a gap that is instrumental in generating the electric arc necessary for heating. The grill enables the fire gathering plate to be heated via electric arc, thereby providing a versatile cooking surface capable of frying, grilling, and baking.
