    Abstract: A device including a holder with a blood sample collection tube-syringe on the one side and a needle on the other side. An exemplary holder includes a set of two valves. The first valve is on the tube-syringe's side and is a tire valve including an inner needle covered by a tire. The second valve is on the side of the needle and is a membrane valve which has a membrane placed on an under-support with side-inlets.
