According to certain aspects, a dynamic pricing module may receive a request for a shipping quote for a shipping job from a shipper entity. The dynamic pricing module may calculate a dynamic pricing rate for a carrier entity to fulfill the shipping job based on base pricing information, a dynamic pricing rule, and certain operating conditions. The dynamic pricing module may provide the dynamic pricing rate to the shipper entity for review and potential acceptance.
