  • Patent number: 12774339
Abstract: The present invention is relative to a cell comprising a nucleic acid molecule encoding a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) for use in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), wherein the CAR comprises an antibody or antibody fragment which includes an anti-IL-1RAP binding domain, a transmembrane domain, and an intracellular signaling domain comprising at least a stimulatory domain

  • Publication number: 20260241001
Abstract: T-cells comprising chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) for the treatment of cancer. The CARs include a Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Receptor Type D (PTPRD) domain or a single chain variable fragment of an antibody that binds to IL-1RAP expressed by cancer cells, a transmembrane domain, and domains or fragments of co-stimulatory molecules. The CAR T-cells have high specificity for IL1-1RAP expressed on the surface of cancer cells. Nucleic acids and vectors encoding the CAR T-cells and a method for production of the CAR T-cells are additional aspects.
