Abstract: An apparatus for optically inspecting printer die motifs, with the inspection including measuring the length, width, and depth of motifs, and measuring the circumferential separation of two motifs when more than one motif is disposed on the same printer die, the apparatus includes microscope optics supported by a stand, a table for supporting a precision divider head upon which the printer die carrying the motif is mounted, with the table being movable in an "X" and "Y" direction in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the optical path issuing from the optics, the precision divider head for rotating the printer die motif through the optical path of the optics, a first digital micrometer to measure length of a motif, a second digital micrometer to measure the width of a motif, a dial indicator to measure the depth of a motif, and the rotational indicator to measure the circumferential separation of two motifs on the same printer die.

Abstract: Apparatus for pressurized cleaning of well flow conductors. The apparatus has a non-rotating inner mandrel, an adapter to connect the inner mandrel to a work string, a rotating housing on the exterior of the inner mandrel, and a nozzle body attached to the housing. An alternative embodiment of the invention allows cleaning tools to be attached to a modified nozzle body and rotated therewith. Fluid pressure flowing through the inner mandrel will cause the housing to rotate relative to the inner mandrel. Rotation is used to direct fluid jets in the nozzle body towards different portions of the interior of the flow conductor. Rotation of a cleaning tool can also be used for combined mechanical and hydraulic drilling to remove deposits from within a well flow conductor.

Abstract: A connector for connecting a tube such as a coil tubing, or the like, to well tools, pipe, or another tube. The connector will withstand high pressures and is capable of transmitting high tensile and torque loads, and can be applied to tubes by crimping through use of conventional swaging devices.

Abstract: This patent application discloses a mechanism for indicating the shut height in a mechanical press mechanism. It measures the absolute shut height though the press is shown having a variable stroke mechanism.
