    Abstract: A stem tiltable valve assembly whose valve body is provided with a reciprocally moveable stem actuated cup member that incorporates a resilient gasket which makes sealing engagement with a related complementary member of the valve assembly. The valve assembly provides a capability for a maximum dispensing flow through the valve assembly when the valve stem is tilted to open the valve.
