Abstract: A rope is formed of multiple separate strands including at least one soap supply strand, at least one bristle strand and multiple absorbent strands. These strands extend between a proximal end of a distal end of the rope. The bristle strands include bristle bundles extending radially therefrom, preferably concentrated at a central portion of the bristle strands. The soap supply strand has a hollow interior and slits which allow soap to ooze out and be accumulated on the absorbent strands. A liquid soap reservoir is attached to one end of the soap supply strand which can be squeezed to cause soap to ooze out of the slits and be collected upon the absorbent strands. A handle and the liquid soap reservoir at opposing end of the rope allow the bathing tool of elongate flexible form to be maneuvered for scrubbing and washing of skin of a bather.

Abstract: A kit allows for replacement of an internal combustion engine with a traction motor, batteries and electric generator. A current controller can be provided for optimization of electrically interconnections of the generator and batteries to the traction motor. Various electric power generating accessories can be incorporated into the kit including ram air turbines and solar panels. Cooling for the equipment can be supplied by a radiator and fan which can also optionally function as a ram air turbine. Power output accessories can be incorporated into the kit including an inverter for supplying AC power to AC power utilizing tools and other equipment, as well as emergency power for stationary facilities.

Abstract: A power system for a vehicle or a facility utilizing an electric traction motor which is operated by a bank of batteries. The batteries are charged by a fuel operated electrical generator which is cooled by a radiator. A solar cell provides additional electrical output to the bank of batteries, while a ram air turbine may be employed for added electrical power or for regenerative braking. The traction motor operates a drive shaft through a differential gear mechanism to operate the wheels of the vehicle.

Abstract: The invention is an aircraft that includes a flying wing having a plurality of extendable flaps mounted on the trailing edge of the flying wing. A canard is mounted on the nose of said flying wing. A system is mounted in the flying wing for providing high pressure air over the canard and the flaps. A second system is provided for controlling the flow of air over the canard to provide pitch control of the aircraft.

Abstract: A suspender loop buckle which has a latch for adjustment of the size of the loop and a clamp for secure attachment of the suspender strap to the buckle. The latch and clamp mechanisms both consist of a pivoting plate attached to the frame of the buckle and operate under similar principles. In the open position a plate is perpendicular to the frame and the strap can move freely between the plate and the frame. In the closed position a plate is parallel to frame and the strap is secured by pressure against a serrated flange. Whereas the latch can be easily opened by pressure on the edge of the latch in the direction of the frame, the clamp cannot be opened in this manner. The strap can be quickly and easily secured to the buckle without the use of special tools. The strap can also be easily disengaged from the buckle.

An overlying rail member is secured to the tie through the block members by bolt means which run between the rail, tie dampers, and support collars.
