Abstract: A cigarette or cigar lighter has a housing containing an ignition source and means for selectively activating the ignition source to produce a flame, in combination with an electronic memory device. A door is coupled to the housing and adapted to have open and closed positions and has means defining a pocket therein for receiving the electronic memory device with the electronic memory device extending partially from the pocket. The pocket receives the electronic memory device in the open position of the door. The door is adapted to be closed by a user to integrate the door and electronic memory device with the lighter.

Abstract: A combination cigar cutter and lighter device for cutting off an end of a cigar and lighting same includes a casing having a body, a lighting mechanism for producing a flame, and a cavity formed in the body, and a cigar cutter having a planar ring member with a central opening and a narrow slot formed therein. A narrow blade holder is positioned within the narrow slot of the ring member, the blade holder being movable between a first position in which the blade holder is substantially removed from the slot and a second position in which the blade holder is completely received within the slot. The blade holder has a blade secured thereto for cutting off the end of the cigar upon moving the blade holder from its first position to its second position. The ring member of the cigar cutter is pivotally secured to the casing for movement between an open use position and a closed non-use position in which the ring member is disposed within the cavity.

Abstract: A dispensing device for dispensing pressurized gas from a canister includes a first, outer valve having a valve body disposed within a chamber of a housing and an annular valve stem extending away from the valve body through an opening of a formation of the canister. The outer valve is movable between an open position in which fluid communication between the interior region of the canister and a chamber of the outer valve body is achieved, and a closed position. A spring is provided for biasing the outer valve to its closed position. A second, inner valve is disposed within the outer valve, the inner valve having a valve member and a valve stem extending away from the valve member. The valve stem of the inner valve is disposed within the valve stem of the outer valve and extends coaxially therewith.
