    Abstract: A sheet adapted for juxtaposition adjacent to a region of an animal, such as a human foot, for relieving pressure at a selected sub-region such as a particular part of a foot sole or a foot heel. The sheet possesses an upper surface and a lower surface substantially coplanar with the upper surface. An array of sealed cells are filled with a flowable substance. Selected cells may be punctured such that they collapse in the region to be disposed next to a sore area. The healthy region around the sore area absorbs any pressure, and pressure is relieved from the sore area. Methods of creating the sheet and methods of utilizing the sheet are also disclosed.
