The dispenser includes a container having a first major side, a second major side, and a storage volume positioned between the first and second major sides. The dispenser includes a dispensing opening defined through the first major side. A dispensing member for carrying the items from the storage volume to the dispensing opening carries the items along a path of travel aligned along a plane, the dispensing opening having an axis aligned in a direction generally perpendicular to the plane.

Abstract: The combination bookmark and writing instrument holder includes a generally planar marking strip and an integrally molded retaining clip at one end of the marking strip. In the preferred embodiment, the retaining clip includes a pair of generally symmetrical, outwardly jaws that together present a writing instrument retaining channel. The channel includes a writing instrument retaining portion, and an outwardly flared mouth portion for guiding the writing instrument into the retaining portion.

Abstract: A bottom loading wafer carrier box provides a cavity which appropriately may have a still and particulate free environment for a wafer carrier handling silicon wafers during their storage,transport, and transfer into and out of processing equipment for the manufacture of semiconductors. The box includes a housing enclosing the cavity with an open bottom suitable for receiving the wafer carrier into the cavity. A releaseable door is provided for sealing the open bottom from the ambient environment about the housing of the box. A cam bar is slideably connected to the outside of the housing and operably connected to a moveable slider extending within the cavity. The slider has a carrier catch adapted for retaining the wafer carrier within the cavity and a cushion to retain the wafers within the carrier and to reduce the effects of shock upon the wafers.

Abstract: A chording apparatus for stringed musical instruments is provided that automatically forms complex chording arrangements on the instrument keyboard in response to the simple depression of a single button. The chording apparatus hereof includes a unique arrangement of selection buttons, actuating arms, and string depressing hammers, to allow for the selection of a maximum number of chords with a minimum number of apparatus parts. The chording apparatus also includes a unique, one piece biasing plate that urges each of the string depressing hammers to their string clearing positions. The apparatus can be quickly attached or detached from the neck of a string instrument, is adaptable to keyboards of various widths, and is particularly designed for ease of assembly.
