  • Patent number: 5820201
Abstract: A high impact barrier for the exterior components of an automobile body to enable lightweight automobiles to better withstand collisions and provide a protective enclosure of the passenger compartment, accomplished by bonding precut sheets of heavy gauge SUNPRENE.TM. polyprene onto the outer surfaces of the body panels. • Patent number: 4569779
Abstract: The present invention provides a chemical solution and method which, when introduced into the cooling system of a liquid cooled engine, removes oxidized material such as sludge and rust by chemical reduction without draining or flushing the cooling system. The solution comprises a liquid carrier, such as water, which is miscible with the liquid of the cooling system, phosphoric acid and zinc oxide. The carrier constitutes about 70 percent by weight of the chemical solution, the phosphoric acid constitutes about 26-27 percent by weight of the solution and the zinc oxide constitutes about 3-4 percent by weight of the solution.

  • Patent number: 3935129
Abstract: A "system" of aqueous liquid cleaning compositions is described wherein the concentrations of each of five basic ingredients -- urea, glycerine, triethanolamine, an organic anionic detergent, and an organic non-ionic detergent -- are defined in terms of the concentration of alkali metal silicate. Within the system three preferred embodiments are used, by way of example, as a hair shampoo, a spot remover, and a laundry detergent, respectively.
