Abstract: A valve assembly includes a valve housing having an inlet, an outlet and an opening, and an insert removably insertable in the opening. The insert has a first side facing upwards and a second side facing downwards when positioned in the opening. The first side and the second side have a conduit positioned therebetween, and a control valve located at least partially within the conduit and movable between an open position and a closed position. The control valve in the closed position stops fluid from passing through the conduit. When the insert is inserted in the opening and the control valve is in the closed position, the insert substantially seals the inlet and stops fluid flowing to the outlet.

Abstract: Systems and methods, and computer readable media for image transaction processing are disclosed. The method receives an input of images of documents. The method may then analyze the input using an image processing engine to determine attributes associated with the images of the documents and identify an account linked to the attributes and a transaction associated with the account. The method may also evaluate confidence level of association links between the transaction and the account based on confidence scores of the attributes that may identify a type of the attribute. The method may use the transaction and account to split the images of documents into sets of images of documents with each set of images with confidence level of an association link between the transaction and the account associated with them being greater than a threshold value.

Abstract: A miter saw includes a base, a table pivotally coupled to the base about a miter axis, and a saw unit coupled to the table for movement about the miter axis. A workpiece support is pivotable relative to the base between a first position, in which the table is permitted to pivot about the miter axis within a first range of miter angles, and a second position, in which the table is permitted to pivot about the miter axis within a second range of miter angles different than the first range. The miter saw further includes a locking mechanism for maintaining the workpiece support in at least one of the first position or the second position, wherein the locking mechanism includes an actuator supported by and moveable with the workpiece support between the first position and the second position.

Abstract: Human induced pluripotent stem cell derived cardiomyocytes (hiPSC-CMs) are a powerful tool for studying cardiovascular disease and drug screening. However, most current methods of cell culture result in cells resembling fetal myocardium, which is potentially problematic as most forms of cardiovascular disease occur in the adult heart. Disclosed systems and methods include culturing cells in fatty-acid based medium and on patterned growth to produce hiPSC-CMs which mimic adult cardiomyocytes and display a similar hypertrophic response as is observed in cardiovascular disease.

The miter angle lock assembly further includes an override assembly for maintaining the clamp in a released position relative to the base in which the clamping force is released.
