Patent number: 7328948Abstract: A child seat (10) is described with a seat shell (14) which can be displaced between different positions on a base part (12). An actuating handle (26) is provided on the front edge (30) of the seat shell (14) and is connected to a locking device (36) by means of which the seat shell (14) is secured in one of the different positions with respect to the base part (12) in the normal inoperative state of the actuating handle (26) and can be displaced by actuation of the actuating handle (26). In order to realize a child seat (10) of excellent maneuverability and optimum operating convenience, the actuating handle (26) is designed as a rotary handle (28) which can be rotated about an axis of rotation (32) parallel to the front edge (30) of the seat shell (14), and which at the same time forms a displacing handle.Type: GrantFiled: June 30, 2004Date of Patent: February 12, 2008Assignee: Concord GmbHInventors: Walter Konig, Uwe Schobert, Bernhard Hahnel

Publication number: 20060273639Abstract: A child seat (28) is described for mounting on a vehicle seat (10) which has a seat surface (16) which is inclined forward and upward in the direction of travel (18). The child seat (28) has a seat shell (32) which is arranged on a base part (30). The base part (30) has a base area (34, 36) which has a front base area section (34) and a rear base area section (36). The front and the rear base area sections (34 and 36) enclose an obtuse angle (38) with each other. A wedge element (40) bears either against the front or against the rear base area section (34 or 36), so that the wedge element (40) and the respective base area section (34 or 36) adjoining the wedge element (40) form a common level bearing surfaces (42).Type: ApplicationFiled: June 30, 2004Publication date: December 7, 2006Inventors: Walter Konig, Uwe Schobert

Patent number: 5627730Abstract: A printed circuit board assembly which includes a two-dimensional array of connectors to provide significantly higher data transfer rates than typical one-dimensional connectors, without sacrificing board space. The assembly preferably includes a plurality of connection pads on each printed circuit board. An anisotropically conducting material is placed between the connection pads and the boards pressed together.Type: GrantFiled: February 26, 1996Date of Patent: May 6, 1997Assignee: NCR CorporationInventors: Walter Konig, Albert Modl, Peter F. Patent number: 4412232Abstract: An ink jet printer includes a print head having a plurality of piezoelectric driving elements selectively energizable to cause ejection of droplets of ink through nozzles in a nozzle plate. Ink is supplied to the print head from an ink reservoir which is connected to a bellows device. The ink reservoir and the bellows device together form an air-tight container. The bellows device has a resilient form of construction so as to tend to increase the volume of the container. As a result, an appropriate underpressure is maintained in respect of the ink in the nozzles, such underpressure being necessary to prevent ink escaping from the nozzles under quiescent conditions. In operation, the bellows device progressively collapses so as to reduce the rate at which the underpressure increases as ink is ejected, thereby prolonging the period for which the underpressure is maintained within a desired operating range.Type: GrantFiled: April 15, 1982Date of Patent: October 25, 1983Assignee: NCR CorporationInventors: Helmut Weber, Peter H. Reitberger, Leonhard Bader, Walter Konig
