Abstract: A security container for storing documents of value in stack form is provided with a stacking pocket for receiving documents of value in a stacked form, a bottom element disposed in the stacking pocket on which rests a fed document of value or a stack of fed documents of value, and an inlet opening leading into the stacking pocket which is disposed such that documents of value fed to the security container fall onto the bottom element. In the transport direction there is disposed at least one closing element with at least one portion which is deflectable from a closing position, in which it prevents a motion of a document of value back into the inlet opening, into a passing position in which it guides the document of value and in which onto the portion there acts a restoring force driving towards the closing position.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for the torque limitation in a machine for processing means of payment. The invention has use as a device for limiting torque in a machine for processing means of payment, wherein the device for the torque limitation includes two elements transmitting a torque, the two elements having magnets which are disposed in the two elements with an angular distribution of the same kind, the magnets connecting the two elements to each other in a non-positive fashion, and the connection of the two elements being disrupted when a maximum transmittable torque is exceeded.

Abstract: The subject of the invention is a process for igniting a sinter mix composed of a solid fuel and sintering material on a sintering machine in which the sinter mix is passed underneath an ignition kiln with closed end and side walls and a closed hood, whereby hot flue gases are generated in the ignition kiln above the sintering material and these hot flue gases heat and ignite the surface of the sintering material by radiation and convection. A rapid, uniform and economical ignition is thereby attained in that flue gases from one or more approximately stoichiometrically operated burners are introduced into the upper region of the igniting kiln and that gases with an increased oxygen content are introduced into the lower region in such a manner that a kiln atmosphere results which, in the upper region of the igniting hood, is hotter and relatively impoverished in oxygen, while in the lower region it is cooler and relatively oxygen enriched.
