Abstract: Nuclear fuel rods are disclosed. The nuclear fuel rods include a substrate and a chromium alloy coating layer applied to the substrate. The chromium alloy coating layer comprises chromium (Cr); a element or compound selected from the group consisting of yttrium (Y), lanthanum (La), thorium (Th), zirconium (Zr), titanium (Ti), hafnium (I-lf), molybdenum (Mo), tungsten (W), vanadium (V), rhenium (Re), ruthenium (Ru), cobalt (Co), aluminum (Al), carbides, borides, intermetallics, and combinations thereof; and interstitial elements up to 1500 ppm, wherein carbon (C), oxygen (O), and nitrogen (N) are each 500 ppm or less.

Abstract: Systems or methods include providing, by a server computer, a shipper application configured to store shipment related information and the shipper application configured to send shipment information to the server computer. The method includes, receiving, by the server computer, the shipment related information having one or more types of items, and a total number of items being shipped, generating a UI based on the total number and types of items to capture one or more shipper images of one or more items in a shipping package prior to the one or more items being shipped to a receiver, receiving, by the server computer, the shipper images, and providing a recipient application that is configured to capture one or more recipient images of the one or more items in the shipping package to capture the condition of the one or more items after being shipped to a recipient.

Abstract: Hydraulic cement is made by a process in which (i) raw materials are crushed and ground, (ii) the crushed and ground raw materials and other components are burned and calcined to prepare a cement clinker, and (iii) the cement clinker is ground to a fine powder. A grinding aid is added to the cement clinker before it is ground in (iii). The grinding aid is an uncalcined direct process residue gel, which is an hydrolysis product of alkylhalodisilanes produced as by-products in the manufacture of alkylhalosilanes.
