Abstract: A substrate assembly for use with a high power switching module includes at least one power block having a base plate for providing mechanical rigidity for the power block. The power block also includes at least one silicon die mounted onto the base plate and configured to form at least one high power switching transistor having leads extending away therefrom. The power blocks are then supportably mounted into corresponding apertures in a rigid frame which mounts the power switching module onto a heat dissipating surface and tested independently before mounting into the frame at full load current and power, which cannot be performed at the bare die level.

Abstract: An hermetic package for power semiconductor devices is disclosed. The package includes a generally rectangular cavity with leads extending through the walls thereof. The bottom of the cavity is defined by a base which includes a pair of mounting tabs protruding from opposite corners thereof. The mounting tabs are configured to allow the packages to be nested together. A cover attached to the walls provides a hermetically sealed package.

Abstract: Water-soluble dyestuffs are described which in the acid form possess the formula ##STR1## wherein D is a benzene or naphthalene nucleus, R.sub.1 is linked to D in ortho-position to the azo group and means hydrogen, halogen, lower alkoxy, lower alkyl, carboxy or sulfo, R.sub.2 is hydrogen, halogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy or sulfo and X is the vinyl group or a sulfato-, chloro- or thiosulfatoethyl group, A is a bridging member preferably selected from the diphenylene, diphenylsulfone and diphenylamine series, Z and Z.sup.1 each represent a hydroxy or amino group with the proviso that each Z and each Z.sup.1 have the same meaning. These novel dyestuffs are prepared by diazotization and coupling of the corresponding diazo and coupling components in usual manner known in the art. The novel dyestuffs possess a very valuable fiber-reactivity and are suitable for dyeing natural and regenerated cellulose or natural, regenerated or synthetic polyamide fiber materials.

Abstract: A dyestuff composition for the dyeing or printing of natural or regenerated cellulose fiber materials, consisting of 20 to 70 percent by weight of C.I. Reactive Blue 19 (sodium salt), anthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid (sodium salt), a condensation product of naphthalene-sulfonic acid with formaldehyde (sodium salt), a condensed phosphate (sodium salt), preferably sodiumhexametaphosphate or penta-sodiumtriphosphate, and a dust preventing agent.
