    Abstract: The inner wall of the ceiling of a steam-filled treatment chamber is made of plastic and has a relief structure with peaks that face the treatment chamber. The spacing between the peaks is smaller than the normal drop diameter, i.e., is smaller than 1 mm. On the side of the inner wall of the ceiling facing away from the treatment chamber, an air gap is provided and maintained by distance pieces. A heat-insulation layer is arranged outside of the air gap.
