    Abstract: A dry composition containing large numbers of beneficial bacteria and enzymes for the digestion of poultry manure is used to treat poultry litter. The growth of the beneficial bacteria, activated by moisture in poultry droppings prevents the growth of pathogenic bacteria such as E. coli, Salmonella and Campylobacter by competitive exclusion.
