Abstract: A crankcase ventilating system for an internal combustion engine includes a vent line issuing from the crankcase and connected to a liquid separator. The liquid separator has a collecting chamber for separated liquid and at least two drain lines returning to the crankcase. The liquid separator also has a connection leading to the vacuum line of the internal combustion engine.

Abstract: A filter insert 10 for an air filter for internal combustion engines, compressors or other air-aspirating machinery, which filter insert consists of a filter ring 13 formed of pleated filter paper 19 through which air flows radially and an additional filter element disposed concentric to the filter ring 13, which additional filter element is a fleece 16 formed of nonwoven synthetic fiber, optionally treated with an oil which acts as an adherent for dust.

Abstract: Air intake filter for combustion engines and other air-aspirating machinery operating under dusty conditions, the filter assembly having a cyclone separator stage and a dust collecting pan which is separated from the filter cartridge and cyclone chamber by a partition wall. The partition wall has a dust discharge opening with a fin-like guide baffle extending inwardly from the partition wall, the guide baffle having a circumferential wall portion and an arcuate radially inwardly pointing wall portion, thereby deflecting the dust particles away from the dust discharge opening.
