    Abstract: Methods for making prodrugs of treprostinil and treprostinil derivatives are provided. Specifically, methods are provided herein for producing prostacyclin compounds comprising treprostinil covalently linked to a linear C5-C18 alkyl, branched C5-C18 alkyl, linear C2-C18 alkenyl, branched C3-C18 alkenyl, aryl, aryl-C1-C18 alkyl or an amino acid or a peptide (e.g., dipeptide, tripeptide, tetrapeptide). The linkage, in one embodiment, is via an amide or ester bond. Prostacyclin compounds provided herein can also include at least one hydrogen atom substituted with at least one deuterium atom. The compounds provided herein can be used to treat pulmonary hypertension (e.g., pulmonary arterial hypertension) and portopulmonary hypertension.

    Abstract: A novel and useful quantum computing machine architecture that includes a classic computing core as well as a quantum computing core. A programmable pattern generator executes sequences of instructions that control the quantum core. In accordance with the sequences, a pulse generator functions to generate the control signals that are input to the quantum core to perform quantum operations. A partial readout of the quantum state in the quantum core is generated that is subsequently re-injected back into the quantum core to extend decoherence time. Access gates control movement of quantum particles in the quantum core. Errors are corrected from the partial readout before being re-injected back into the quantum core. Internal and external calibration loops calculate error syndromes and calibrate the control pulses input to the quantum core.

Water intakes are configured to provide a natural flow of water to the desalination processor though hydrostatic pressure. One or more turbines coupled with the water intake conduits are driven and produce power for the system. The desalination processor incorporates Graphene filters to and may include a structured water system to increase the H3O2 concentration of the water prior to Graphene filters. Discharge water may be pumped back into the body of water but be separated from the intakes. A secondary power source, such as a renewable power source, may be used to produce supplemental power for the system. Power produced may be provided to a secondary outlet, such as a power grid, all above and/or underground.
