    Abstract: In an embodiment, a method includes: forming a first fin and a second fin extending from a semiconductor substrate; depositing a liner layer along a first sidewall of the first fin, a second sidewall of the second fin, and a top surface of the semiconductor substrate, the liner layer formed of silicon oxynitride having a nitrogen concentration; depositing a fill material on the liner layer, the fill material formed of silicon; annealing the liner layer and the fill material, the annealing converting the fill material to silicon oxide, the annealing decreasing the nitrogen concentration of the liner layer; and recessing the liner layer and the fill material to form an isolation region between the first fin and the second fin.

The travel disposed on a main rail having an auxiliary-encoder includes a master-driver and a slave-driver for driving two motors. Each motor has a main-encoder. The hoist drives a rope and calculates a rope length continuously. The controller calculates an anti-sway position command based on the rope-length and a position command. The two drivers perform a full closed-loop computation based on a feedback of one main-encoder, a feedback of the auxiliary-encoder, and the anti-sway position command. Wherein, the master-driver controls one motor based on a speed command generated by the full closed-loop computation and the slave-driver follows the speed command and a torque command of the master-driver to drive another motor; or the two drivers compensate the torque command based on an error value between the feedback of one main-encoder and the feedback of the auxiliary-encoder.

The active substance is prepared using the following steps: (a) inoculating a mycelium of H. erinaceus on an agar plate and incubating at 15-32° C. for 8-16 days; (b) inoculating the incubated H. erinaceus mycelia from step (a) into a medium in a flask and incubating at 20-30° C. and pH 4.5-6.5 for 3-5 days; (c) inoculating the incubated H. erinaceus mycelia from step (b) into a medium in a fermentation tank and incubating at 24-32° C. and pH 4.5-5.5 for 8-16 days to obtain a fermented medium of the H. erinaceus mycelia; and (d) desiccating the fermented medium of the H. erinaceus mycelia from step (c) to obtain the powder of the H. erinaceus mycelia, which is further purified and isolated to obtain a novel compound of H. erinaceus.
