A first electrical connector, which is arranged in the housing and is located at an outlet terminal of the stator, is connected electrically to the controller, and a second electrical connector, which is arranged in the housing and is located at the outlet terminal of the stator is connected electrically to the stator. A cooling system includes a cooling channel arranged on the housing and a coolant distribution assembly connected to the cooling channel and having at least one first hole provided thereon. The electric drive device includes a housing, a motor accommodated in a first space in the housing and a reducer accommodated in a second space in the housing. The cooling system includes a cooling pump, having a first suction port and a second suction port connected to the first space and the second space respectively. The cooling pump is operatively configured to alternatively suck in cooling liquid from the first suction port or the second suction port; and a cooler connected to an outlet of the cooling pump to receive the cooling liquid sucked in from the first suction port or the second suction port.

Abstract: An oil cooling system for an electric machine that includes a housing and a stator accommodated in the housing, the stator having a first end part and a second end part in an axial direction of the electric machine. The oil cooling system includes an oil inlet, for receiving external cooling oil; a first annular oil application pipe, located at the first end part and in fluid communication with the oil inlet; and a second annular oil application pipe, located at the second end part and in fluid communication with the oil inlet. An axial oil application part is located between the first end part and the second end part and formed by a housing inner wall and a stator outer wall. The axial oil application part receives cooling oil from at least one of the first annular oil application pipe and the second annular oil application pipe.
