Publication number: 20180358333Abstract: A dual-channel heat-conducting encapsulation structure of a solid-state phosphor integrated light source has a solid-state phosphor, a transparent organic silica gel, LED chips and a substrate. The LED chips are arranged on the substrate. The dual-channel heat-conducting encapsulation structure also has heat-conducting columns fixed on the substrate, and the heat-conducting columns are disposed away from the LED chips; the solid-state phosphor is placed on the heat-conducting columns without contacting the LED chips; the transparent organic silica gel is filled in the gap between the solid-state phosphor and the substrate. By adopting the design of double heat-conducting channels, separates two heat sources of the LED light source to sufficiently conduct the heat, the heat of the solid-state phosphor and the LED chips reaches the substrate through the respective channels, and then is transferred from the substrate through the heat sink into the atmosphere.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 8, 2016Publication date: December 13, 2018Inventors: Shanghui YE, Jieqin ZHANG, Maochun HONG, Wenxiong LIN, Wang GUO, Yunfeng ZHANG

Publication number: 20180315739Abstract: A die-bonding substrate has a substrate, and a conductive line layer and a chip array provided on the substrate. The conductive line layer includes a chip welding wire region and an external electrode region connected with each other. The chip welding wire region is composed of multiple conductive lines, wherein the central conductive line located in the central position of the chip welding wire region is a straight line section. The conductive lines arranged at both sides of the central conductive line are straight line sections at both ends, and arc sections curved outwards in the middle, so that the entire chip welding wire region forms a circular area. The array chips are arranged inside the circular area, and are electrically connected with the conductive lines arranged at both sides. The entire chip welding wire region can also form a rectangular area.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 8, 2016Publication date: November 1, 2018Inventors: Shanghui YE, Jieqin ZHANG, Maochun HONG, Wenxiong LIN, Wang GUO, Yunfeng ZHANG

Publication number: 20180042844Abstract: The present technology provide compositions that are drug delivery systems for the sustained release of anti-stenotic drugs for the treatment and prevention of occlusion of blood vessels, particularly after perivascular surgery. The compositions include a hydrogel, unimolecular micelles dispersed within the hydrogel, and an effective amount of anti-stenotic drug dispersed within the unimolecular micelle. The hydrogel may be a di-or tri-block copolymer comprising one block of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) and one or two blocks of poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA). The unimolecular micelle may include three domains: a dendritic polymer core, hydrophobic block polymers (e.g., PVL, PVCL, and/or PCL) attached to the core and PEG attached to the hydrophobic block polymers.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 10, 2017Publication date: February 15, 2018Inventors: K. Patent number: 9590138Abstract: A GaN based LED epitaxial structure and a method for manufacturing the same. The GaN based LED epitaxial structure may include: a substrate; and a GaN based LED epitaxial structure grown on the substrate, wherein the substrate is a substrate containing a photoluminescence fluorescent material. The photoelectric efficiency of the LED epitaxial structure is enhanced and the amount of heat generated from a device is reduced by utilizing a rare earth element doped Re3Al5O12 substrate; since the LED epitaxial structure takes a fluorescence material as a substrate, a direct white light emission may be implemented by such an LED chip manufactured by the epitaxial structure, so as to simplify the manufacturing procedure of the white light LED light source and to reduce production cost. The defect density of the epitaxial structure is reduced by firstly epitaxial growing, patterning the substrate and then laterally growing a GaN based epitaxial structure.Type: GrantFiled: July 18, 2014Date of Patent: March 7, 2017Assignee: FUJIAN INSTITUTE OF RESEARCH ON THE STRUCTURE OF MATTER, CHINESE ACADEMY OF SCIENCESInventors: Yongge Cao, Zhuguang Liu, Zhonghua Deng, Jian Chen, Junting Li, Binjie Fei, Wang Guo, Fei Tang, Qiufeng Huang, Xuanyi Yuan

Patent number: 8175106Abstract: The present invention applies management frame defined in IEEE 802.11 standard to a wireless distribution system (WDS) mode by adding an information element (IE) into the management frame, which enables any access point (AP) in WDS to maintain IE based on its own setting and state, then send IE via the management frame for providing state of the AP under WDS mode, determine whether a physical link (i.e., a wireless link between APs) should be established therewith based on received IE, and maintain the established physical link through the wireless management frame in a real time manner. Thus, the existence and necessity of the physical link between different APs in WDS can be determined correctly.Type: GrantFiled: May 4, 2010Date of Patent: May 8, 2012Assignee: Alpha Networks Inc.Inventors: Ming-Wang Guo, Jen-Sheng Huang, Chun-Fu Wang, Ying-Yung Chen, Shang-I Huang, Yao-Chang Hsieh, Yi-Hsien Cho
