Publication number: 20180159251Abstract: A distribution block element having opposed input and output couplings and integral complimentary mechanical connectors to additional adjacent distribution block elements, allowing expansion by addition of distribution block elements. Fuse couplings are spaced apart for a mini2 blade fuse and have a length that is are spaced apart for a maxi APX heavy duty fuse and for direct conductors. When two elements are connected adjacently, the spacing between the adjacent crossbar couplings is the same as the spacing between the opposed input and output fuse couplings in each element. Thus, identical crossbar conductors can be used both for electrically connecting opposed input and output couplings and for electrically connecting input couplings of adjacent elements.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 10, 2017Publication date: June 7, 2018Inventors: Wang Hai, Larry Vansickel, Zhou Liang

Patent number: 9941610Abstract: A distribution block element having dual-level opposed input and output couplings and integral mechanical connectors to additional adjacent distribution block elements, allowing expansion by addition of distribution block elements. First levels of the couplings are spaced apart for a fuse of a first size and the second, lower levels of the couplings are spaced apart for a fuse of a second size, and for direct flat plate conductors. When two elements are connected adjacently, the spacing between the second level of adjacent couplings is the same as the spacing between the second level of opposed couplings in each element. Thus, the flat plate conductors can be used both for electrically connecting opposed input and output couplings and for electrically connecting input couplings of adjacent elements. Notches in the flat plate connectors receive fasteners and two flat plate connectors can be juxtaposed to receive the same fastener without stacking.Type: GrantFiled: April 10, 2017Date of Patent: April 10, 2018Inventors: Wang Hai, Larrry Vansickel, Zhou Liang

Patent number: 9733890Abstract: Streaming audio is adjusted within one or more real-time digital signal processors (DSPs) by entering audio adjustment parameters using a smart phone application on a Bluetooth® enabled smart phone, receiving streaming audio from a Cloud server, and transmitting the adjustment parameters and streaming audio to a Bluetooth® chip in an audio system. The audio adjustment parameters and streaming audio then enter two real-time DSPs where the streaming audio is adjusted according to the audio adjustment parameters and then sent to amplifiers and/or transceivers. The application enables entry of lighting parameters for control of a plurality of RGB LEDS and one or more LED fixtures. The lighting parameters are transmitted to the Bluetooth® chip and adjustments are made, within the Bluetooth® chip, to the lighting control signals based on the lighting parameters, the streaming audio, and by adjusted streaming audio provided by at least one transceiver.Type: GrantFiled: November 18, 2015Date of Patent: August 15, 2017Inventors: Larry Vansickel, Wang Hai, Wen Gong Gu

Patent number: 9595402Abstract: A single knob for controlling at least an audio input signal to produce up to fourteen distinct results, plus one quiescent state, through axial translational states corresponding to: the knob being translationally biased out, pushed in, or pushed in and held; and rotational states corresponding to: rotationally biased to a first position, turned clockwise, turned clockwise and held, turned counterclockwise, and turned clockwise and held, and combinations of those translational and rotational states. The single knob controller can be linked to a Bluetooth device for controlling such device. Some applications include automotive electronics and audio systems generally.Type: GrantFiled: July 16, 2015Date of Patent: March 14, 2017Inventors: Larry Vansickle, Wang Hai, Gu Wen Dong

Patent number: 8556496Abstract: Disclosed are an improved stirring system and its operating method. The disclosed system includes at least two stirrers and a drive for driving the at least two stirrers to move between their stirring position and non-stirring position, the drive driving the stirrers to perform a stirring operation for a single purpose at a time. The system employs a single drive to drive a plurality of stirrers, which effectively avoids the disadvantage of redundantly stirring the reaction solutions in the reaction vessel not necessary to be stirred, reduces the risk of cross contamination caused by the stirrers and affecting the results by abnormal change in the absorbance, and makes the test results more accurate.Type: GrantFiled: October 30, 2009Date of Patent: October 15, 2013Assignee: Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd.Inventors: Wang Hai, Yang Lin

Publication number: 20120329305Abstract: A cable connector is provided including a cable end to couple to a cable, and a mating end to couple to a corresponding connector. A latch is positioned proximate to the mating end to secure the cable connector to the corresponding connector. The latch is moveable between an open position and a closed position. An actuator is provided to move the latch between the open position and the closed position. The actuator includes a biasing end that engages the latch. The actuator also includes an operating end extending from the cable end to receive an opening force that moves the biasing end to operate the latch. The operating end has an upper tab and a lower tab. The upper tab extends along an upper portion of the cable. The lower tab extends along a lower portion of the cable.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 27, 2011Publication date: December 27, 2012Applicant: TYCO ELECTRONICS CORPORATIONInventors: CHRISTOPHER D. Patent number: 7733051Abstract: A method for damping vibrations in a stepper motor with micro-stepping control which comprises the steps of identifying the force amplitudes and phase shifts of multiple harmonic detent torques of the stepper motor, such as the first, second and fourth harmonic detent torques, and tuning the stepper motor with different current commands until minimum friction and resistive torque are obtained. Thereafter, a compensating harmonic current derived from said force amplitudes and phase shifts of the said multiple harmonic detent torques is injected into a current command during operation of the stepper motor to compensate for torque ripples.Type: GrantFiled: November 19, 2007Date of Patent: June 8, 2010Assignee: ASM Assembly Automation Ltd.Inventors: Wang Hay Kenneth Tsui, Wai Chuen Gan, Shing Wai Tam, Gang Ou, Hon Yu Peter Ng
