    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to lithography systems. More particularly, embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method, a system, and a software application for a lithography process to control transmittance rate of write beams and write gray tone patterns in a single exposure operation. In one embodiment, a plurality of shots are provided by an image projection system in a lithography system to a photoresist layer. The plurality of shots exposes the photoresist layer to an intensity of light emitted from the image projection system. The local transmittance rate of the plurality of shots within an exposure area is varied to form varying step heights in the exposure area of the photoresist layer.

    Abstract: A high-resolution antenna array includes an equivalent antenna array obtained by arrangement of a first and a second physical antenna array. The equivalent antenna array includes a first and a second equivalent antenna group respectively having a plurality of first and second antenna units arranged at equal intervals. The second equivalent antenna group is translated by a unit interval with respect to the first equivalent antenna group, such that each first and second antenna units are staggered and arranged at intervals along a same direction. A processor obtains a target signal reflected by a target object and carries out a calibration on the target signal to obtain a precise phase difference, thereby obtaining an accurate angle of arrival of the target signal. Thus, through the distribution of antennas, the present invention achieves a high angle resolution and prevents angle ambiguity.

In some aspects, a method of generating a full-resolution HDR photograph with in-sensor zoom includes receiving first and second image data corresponding to first and second exposure captures of a scene. First and second full-resolution image frames may be generated from the first and second image data, which are subsequently processed with HDR fusion to obtain an output image frame with higher dynamic range than either the first or second image data. The first full-resolution image frame may be determined from both the first and second image data by compensating the second image data for differences between the first and second exposures.     Abstract: The present invention provides a radar velocity measurement system, method, and radar device. The system includes a radar module and an electrically connected signal processor. The radar module includes a transmission antenna and a receive antenna. The signal processor includes a sequence unit, a conversion unit, and a compare calculation unit that are coupled with each other. The sequence unit establishes an even number receive sequence and an odd number receive sequence. The conversion unit carries out a time domain to frequency domain conversion upon the receive sequences to generate a first reflection signal and a second reflection signal, respectively. The compare calculation unit uses an interpolation method to compare the phase difference between the reflection signals with a comparison model to obtain a true velocity. Therefore, the present invention effectively prevents the velocity ambiguity issue of radar system.

    Abstract: A multimode radar device includes a central processing module, and an antenna module disposed in a middle area of the rear end of a vehicle and electrically connected with the central processing module. The central processing module has a motion determination switch unit, which has a low distance resolution mode and a high distance resolution mode. The motion determination switch unit detects the moving direction of the vehicle. When the vehicle moves forward, the antenna module operates in the low distance resolution mode. When the vehicle reverses, the antenna module operates in the high distance resolution mode. The present invention applies different distance-based resolution modes for blind spot detection and reverse radar detection, so as to fulfill the purpose and demand in different moving motion.
