Abstract: Systems and methods described herein provide for a process for managing continuity of experience between operation of a hybrid computer system in the connected state and the slate component independently in the disconnected state. Embodiments further provide for the continuity of experience for devices operating under multiple processors or multiple platforms. According to embodiments, one or more states and conditions of the connected hybrid computer system may be synchronized with the slate component when the slate component is disconnected from the hybrid computer system. Alternatively, embodiments provide for the synchronization of one or more states and conditions of the independent slate component with the hybrid computer system responsive to connecting the slate component to the hybrid computer system. Non-limiting examples of states and conditions according to embodiments are web pages, applications, documents, lists of recently opened files and web pages, and web browser active tabs.

The first tube extends through the opening and defines a first space communicating with the receiving hole. The second tube is retained within the receiving hole and defines a second space communicating with the receiving hole. The baffling member is securely connected to an end of the second tube that is retained within the receiving hole. The baffling member forms a plurality of gaps for directing the airflow from the first space.

Abstract: A method of an aspect includes receiving an indication of an attempt by a virtual machine to modify a paging structure identification storage location to have a given value. It is determined that the given value matches at least one of a set of one or more blacklist values. The attempt by the virtual machine to modify the paging structure identification storage location to have the given value is trapped to a virtual machine monitor. Abstract: The invention is to provide a remote control method and apparatus for USB host, the method comprising: converting a first data of USB specification to a data format suitable to be transmitted through a wired/wireless (W/WL) local area network (LAN) at an USB host so as to transmit the converted first data from the host to a remote client; converting the converted first data to a data format of USB specification at the remote client for enabling the converted first data of USB specification to be transmitted to an USB-enable device by way of a USB device. The remote control apparatus for USB host employs the remote client as an W/WL LAN intermediate between the host and an USB device such that it can achieve longer cable runs.
