Abstract: A tightening apparatus and a control method for the tightening apparatus are provided. The tightening apparatus includes a mounting main body and a plurality of tightening mechanisms provided on the mounting main body. Each of the tightening mechanisms includes: a tightening actuation module, configured to tighten a fastener into a mounting hole along an axis in a first direction; a visual positioning module, configured to collect image information of the fastener located in the mounting hole, determine positioning information of the fastener based on the image information, and determine second-direction position compensation information and third-direction position compensation information of the tightening actuation module based on the positioning information; a second-direction driving mechanism, configured to drive the tightening actuation module to move in a second direction based; and a third-direction driving mechanism, configured to drive the tightening actuation module to move in a third direction.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cargo bar having high load strength. The cargo bar generally comprises an outer sheath and an inner cylindrical telescoping portion. The telescoping portion has a ribbed section with ribs formed from the walls of the telescoping portion. Fastened to the outer sheath is a handle mechanism comprising a handle frame and a lever, the lever having teeth for gripping the ribs of the inner telescoping portion. The handle may be moved from an open position to a closed position, thereby extending the inner portion away from the outer portion through the interaction of the teeth with the ribs of the inner bar. Increased strength is provided by the ribs formed from the walls of the telescoping portion.

Abstract: In the present invention, a lightweight apparatus for secure transport of cargo in cargo compartments, such as those found in trucks and freight trains, is provided. The ratchet buckle has a front reel which receives a cargo strap. The light weight of the ratchet buckle is achieved by the use of a dual purpose detachable ratcheting lever or wrench. The wrench has a wrench head which engages the front reel to tighten the ratchet buckle. The wrench also has a release end which engages a release hole in the ratchet buckle, to disengage the ratcheting mechanism and allow removal of the cargo strap. Additional purposes and advantages are provided herein.
