The storage cell includes a bit line, a tunnel junction, and four access transistors. Each access transistor includes at least an active region. The active region includes a source. The sources of the access transistors are all electrically connected to a first end of the tunnel junction. A second end of the tunnel junction is electrically connected to the bit line, and the bit line extends along a first direction. The active regions of the access transistors are isolated from one another. Long-side extension directions of the active regions of the access transistors are the same, and a first angle ? is formed between the long-side extension directions of the active regions and the first direction; wherein ? is a non-right angle.

Abstract: The present application relates to a BBQ oven, comprising an oven, a loading container and a mixing unit. The loading container is arranged on the oven, having a loading inlet on the top and a discharge outlet at the bottom; the mixing unit includes a mixing driver positioned on the side wall of the loading container and a mixer connected to the mixing driver. The BBQ oven requires no manual turning to prevent fuel arching as the mixing unit consisting of the mixing driver and the mixer connected to the mixing driver can mix and split fuel being arched by turning of the mixer driven by the mixing driver, and thereby reduces the labor work intensity.

Abstract: The invention discloses a sorghum distillery residue extract, using Kinmen sorghum distillery residue as raw material and obtained by extracting from the sorghum distillery residue with pure water and a supercritical fluid. The sorghum distillery residue extract has antioxidative activity, ability to inhibit tyrosinase, and ability to reduce the content of melanin produced, and can be used as an additive for preparation of cosmetic or cosmeceutical compositions. The sorghum distillery residue extract has better cytotoxicity, antioxidative capacity and whitening ability when being in an amount of 0.001 weight percent to 0.003 weight percent, based on a total weight of total polyphenols, from the distillery residue, of the compositions.
