    Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer with a touch screen, and the user can execute one of “undo”, “cut”, “copy” and “paste” editing commands by a continuous stroke movement to increase the input operational efficiency. For example, after marking an area on the screen, if the subsequent stroke is moved downwards, the “cut” operation is performed, and if the subsequent stroke is moved upwards, the “copy” operation is performed. Furthermore, when the user stops the stroke at a predetermined position, if the subsequent stroke is moved towards the right, the “paste” operation is performed, and if the subsequent stroke is moved towards the left, the “undo” operation is performed.

The regulating threaded rod is extended through the middle column, for adjusting the distance between the first clamp block and the second clamp block. The support rod is extended through the second clamp block, the middle column and the first clamp block, to support and position the middle column, the first clamp block, and the second clamp block.

    Abstract: A life jacket includes a jacket body having a neck and two armholes. At least one fastening strap is mounted to an outside surface of the jacket for tightening the jacket on a wearer. An anti-sliding strip made of a resilient material having a high friction with respect to the wearer's skin is mounted to an inside surface of the jacket at a position substantially corresponding to the wearer's waist. By tightening the fastening strap, the anti-sliding strip is forced to contact and thus forming a high friction and tight engagement with the wearer's skin to prevent the jacket from sliding movement with respect to the wearer thereby eliminating separation of the jacket from the wearer caused by buoyancy of the jacket.

    Abstract: A waterproof strip for sealing a joint between waterproof sheets is disclosed. The waterproof strip includes (1) a first material comprising a mixture of 50%-70% polyurethane and 20%-30% aromatic and a thinner for controlling a viscosity of the first material between 350,000-950,000 cps and (2) a second material comprising a mixture of 70%-90% polyurethane, 5%-15% silicone and 5%-15% lubricant and a thinner for controlling a viscosity of the second material below 7,000 cps. Both the first and second materials are in liquid form and can be applied by a pressurized coating equipment to the joint between the waterproof sheets. The first material is applied on the joint between the waterproof sheets first to allow the first material to penetrate into the joint. After the first material cures, the second material is applied on the first material and integrally combines with the first material to form a unitary strip. A dying material is selectively added into the first material to obtain a desired color.

The rod includes an upper end operably connected to the operative handle to move therewith. A latching device includes a link having an upper end securely connected to a lower end of the rod to move therewith, a plate member mounted to a lower end of the link and including two lateral walls each having an inclined slot defined therein, and a latch block including two protrusions formed on two lateral sides thereof and slidably received in the inclined slots of the plate member, respectively.

An L-shaped support has an upright portion and a perpendicular portion integrally formed therewith wherein a distal tip of the vertical portion is sized and shaped as a trapezoid tongue to matingly engage with the trapezoid opening of the cover and the perpendicular portion has a distal end shaped to receive a receptacle. A semi-circular plate is sized to be fittingly received in a base of the cover with the L-shaped support sandwiched therebetween.
