Abstract: Disclosed a no-added formaldehyde composite wood product binder, a no-added formaldehyde composite wood product manufactured by same, and a preparation method for the composite wood product. The no-added formaldehyde composite wood product binder comprises an agent A and an agent B. The agent A is an isocyanate-based binder, and the agent B is an aqueous dispersion of polyester based aliphatic polyurethane and/or a modified polyester-based aliphatic polyurethane. The no-added formaldehyde composite wood product is formed under hot-pressing after a wooden and/or straw material is mixed with the no-added formaldehyde composite wood product binder. The composite wood product manufactured by the no-added formaldehyde composite wood product binder has excellent water-proof and mechanical properties and a good saw cutting performance, and the amount of isocyanate used is also reduced, thereby reducing costs.

Abstract: Provided are an emulsifiable isocyanate composition and a preparation method therefor. The emulsifiable isocyanate composition comprises the following components: (a) a polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate, (b) an emulsifier, (c) an adduct derived from a diisocyanate, and optionally (d) a terpene monomer. The emulsifiable isocyanate composition is used in artificial board adhesives, and has a smaller mold cumulative effect, an improved demoulding performance and an extended pot life.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for intermittently producing 4,4?-diaminodicyclohexyl methane (H12MDA) with a low amount of the trans-trans isomer thereof, which comprises: controlling the reaction process by stopping the reaction when, except for a solvent, the reaction solution comprises MDA of 0-5 wt % and H6MDA of 1-20 wt %; and b) separating the reaction solution obtained from step a) by conventional means to obtain H12MDA product with desired purity, and allowing the un-reacted material and intermediate product to be recycled to the reactor after being accumulated. The method of the present invention decreases the amount of the trans-trans isomer in H12MDA, increases the yield of the reaction, and reduces the production cost. The present invention also provides a post treatment process of the reaction mixture.
