Abstract: Motor control architecture including a travel, a hoist, and a controller is disclosed. The travel disposed on a main rail having an auxiliary-encoder includes a master-driver and a slave-driver for driving two motors. Each motor has a main-encoder. The hoist drives a rope and calculates a rope length continuously. The controller calculates an anti-sway position command based on the rope-length and a position command. The two drivers perform a full closed-loop computation based on a feedback of one main-encoder, a feedback of the auxiliary-encoder, and the anti-sway position command. Wherein, the master-driver controls one motor based on a speed command generated by the full closed-loop computation and the slave-driver follows the speed command and a torque command of the master-driver to drive another motor; or the two drivers compensate the torque command based on an error value between the feedback of one main-encoder and the feedback of the auxiliary-encoder.

Abstract: The present invention is related to an active substance of Hericium erinaceus having a pain-relieving effect, and a pharmaceutical composition including the active substance. The active substance is prepared using the following steps: (a) inoculating a mycelium of H. erinaceus on an agar plate and incubating at 15-32° C. for 8-16 days; (b) inoculating the incubated H. erinaceus mycelia from step (a) into a medium in a flask and incubating at 20-30° C. and pH 4.5-6.5 for 3-5 days; (c) inoculating the incubated H. erinaceus mycelia from step (b) into a medium in a fermentation tank and incubating at 24-32° C. and pH 4.5-5.5 for 8-16 days to obtain a fermented medium of the H. erinaceus mycelia; and (d) desiccating the fermented medium of the H. erinaceus mycelia from step (c) to obtain the powder of the H. erinaceus mycelia, which is further purified and isolated to obtain a novel compound of H. erinaceus.

Abstract: A full-time anti-sway control method of a bridge crane system based on an inverter structure includes steps of: receiving a specified high frequency and a frequency change time, calculating a time setting range according to a plurality of system parameters and a rope length information of the bridge crane system, selecting a time setting value within the time setting range, dividing the frequency change time into a plurality of time intervals according to the time setting value, adjusting an operation frequency command to change between a low frequency and the specified high frequency within the plurality of time intervals to generate a frequency change curve, calculating a frequency correction amount according to the frequency change curve and the rope length information, and superimposing the frequency change curve and the frequency correction amount to generate an anti-sway frequency command to drive the at least one motor.

The preparation method of the active substances is performed by plate cultivation, flask cultivation and fermentation tank cultivation, to obtain the active substances of Hericium erinaceus mycelia in powder form. The powder of H. erinaceus mycelia is proved to have the effect of preventing hearing deterioration.
