    Abstract: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a complex and heterogeneous endocrine syndrome associated with a high risk for the development of insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes (T2D), obesity, dyslipidemia, and cardiovascular disease. There are no known therapies for the 9-18% of women afflicted with PCOS. Provided herein are methods for the treatment and/or prevention of at least one symptom of PCOS.
