  • Publication number: 20230354941
Abstract: The techniques disclosed herein analyze a garment design to create, verify, and package technical specifications usable by a manufacturer to produce a garment. Computer vision technologies are applied to an image of the garment to identify fabrics and other materials, notions such as zippers, buttons, drawstrings, etc., and individual panels that will be cut and sewn together to produce the garment. In some configurations, the identified aspects of the garment are analyzed for inconsistencies, omissions, or other errors. A designer of the garment may be prompted to resolve any errors. The confirmed specifications are then exported to a tech pack that conforms to the standards of a manufacturer, including a bill of materials, a list of panels to be cut, and annotations confirming the intent of the designer. A clothing manufacturer may then use the tech pack to configure machines to produce the garment.

  • Patent number: 10089711
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for caching during media content rendering. In one aspect, a method performed by data processing apparatus includes receiving a request to load a digital image object for rendering; generating a first object from the digital image object; and managing the first object in a cache memory using a management object that is added to and removed from the cache memory along with the first object. In another aspect, a system includes a display device; a computer storage medium containing a cache memory; and a processor programmed to manage caching of data objects to be rendered using management objects that are cached along with the data objects, where at least one of the management objects includes a reference to a corresponding data object and an interface through which release and restoration of the corresponding data object is effected.

  • Patent number: 9759483
Abstract: A fluid product dryer and related methods. Implementations of a method for drying particles may include: introducing particles through an inlet into a first fluid bed section; migrating the particles onto a bed deck; injecting a gas towards the particles through openings in the bed deck; migrating some of the particles through a variable-sized gate opening between the bed deck and a riser; migrating a portion of the particles into the riser; propelling the portion of the particles in the riser upwards by an injection of a gas into the riser; directing a first fraction of the portion of the particles out of the first fluid bed section and into a second fluid bed section through an outlet using a deflector feature; and directing a second fraction of the portion of the particles onto a bed deck of the second fluid bed section by interaction with an impingement feature.
