Abstract: A system for incentivizing purchases by consumers comprises a kiosk configured to appraise an item. A composition of the item is determined using an evaluating device. A cash value is associated with the item using data obtained by the evaluating device and market data obtained over a network, and an exchange value of the item is determined by subtracting a processing fee from the cash value. At least one of the cash value and the exchange value is relayed to the consumer on an output device. The consumer is asked to select via an input device between at least a first offer and a second offer in exchange for the item. A kiosk or mall booth for buying and receiving credit transaction cards, debit transaction cards, gift transaction cards, or coupons is also disclosed.

Abstract: In an indirect process, acrylic adhesive is coated on a silicone liner. A soft rubber roller is employed between a reverse anilox cylinder and an anvil cylinder in a flexo print station to reduce shear hardening in the coating process and prevent or reduce shear hardening on the print rollers. Once the coated silicone liner passes the rollers, air knives are used to speed up the drying of the adhesive on the silicone liner before the coated liner is laminated to a face stock.

Abstract: One or more moving or stationery platforms raised above soft landing areas, such as water, foam pits, nets, or padded landing areas. Individuals or team members are assigned to the platforms. Opposing individuals or team members are also assigned the platforms to compete for possession of the platforms. The competitors wrestle one another for possession of each platform. A competitor who is caused to fall off of the platform is the loser; the competitor who maintains possession of the platform is the winner. In certain embodiments, the winner moves to other platforms to compete with winners of other platforms.
