  • Patent number: 11960813
Abstract: A system and method for automatically generating placement of vias within redistribution layers of a semiconductor package are described. In various implementations, a user defines attributes to use for automatic via generation in redistribution layers of a semiconductor package. The circuitry of a processor of a computing device used by the user executes instructions of an automatic redistribution layer (RDL) via generator. The automatic via generator uses the attributes, data indicative of the RDL netlist of signal routes within the RDL, and RDL mask layout data representing the signal masks of the metal layers within the RDL. The processor generates placement of vias for in the RDL based on the attributes and an identification of overlapping regions between metal layers.

  • Patent number: 11551574
Abstract: Systems and methods for objectively assessing physical performance of a subject and generating programs specifically tailored to correct any physical deficiencies identified during that assessment. Generally, the assessments may produce results in binary format so that the assessments may be conducted objectively. Additionally, the recommended exercise programs may be generated based on the results of those assessments so that the recommended exercise programs target the identified physical deficiencies.

  • Publication number: 20070275916
Abstract: The present invention relates generally to compounds which modulate cytokine-dependent processes. More particularly, the compounds of the present invention modulate responses to a colony stimulating factor and even more particularly to granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) by modulating the levels of molecules which inhibit G-CSF such as but not limited to a suppressor of cytokine signaling (SOCS) and in particular SOCS-3. The present invention further contemplates methods for regulating G-CSF-dependent processes by contacting cells in vitro with or administering to a subject a compound which up- or down-regulates the level of activity of G-CSF by modulating the level or activity of a SOCS molecule such as SOCS-3. The instant compounds are further useful for modulating a range of G-CSF-induced cellular responses including neutrophil recovery after chemotherapy or radiotherapy, mobilizing stem and progenitor cells, treating infection and treating inflammatory conditions.

  • Publication number: 20060242718
Abstract: The present invention relates generally to amino acid sequences obtainable from SOCS proteins and which are capable of interacting with intracellular molecules. The present invention further relates to nucleic acid molecules encoding said amino acid sequences. The amino acid sequences and the nucleic acid molecules encoding same of the present invention are useful in modulating degradation of proteinaceous molecules such as but not limited to SOCS proteins and proteinaceous molecules associate therewith. The present invention provides a mechanism for modulating cytokine or cytokine-like molecule signaling by modulating the degradation of activated signal transduction molecules or their negative regulators, i.e. the SOCS proteins.

  • Publication number: 20060069023
Abstract: The present invention relates generally to a method for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of conditions arising from or otherwise associated with aberrations in hormone signalling. The present invention further provides an animal model useful for screening for agents capable of agonizing or antagonizing hormone signalling. More particularly, the present invention contemplates a method for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of conditions arising from or otherwise associated with aberrations in growth hormone signalling. The present invention further comprises a genetically modified animal. More particularly, the animals are genetically modified such that they have altered growth hormone signalling. The genetically modified animals of the present invention range from laboratory animals useful inter alia for animal models for studying hormone regulation and for the development of therapeutic protocols predicated, in part, on modulating hormone signalling to livestock animals.
