  • Patent number: 8490560
Abstract: A cover for use with an elongated opening associated with a transportable barge. The cover includes a number of inter-engageable cover sections, each exhibiting a plasticized construction and extending in both widthwise and lengthwise fashion relative to an upper lip edge defining an open perimeter of the barge. Each cover section exhibits pairs of opposing lifting eyes and associated locking pins, these being defined along outer extending side edge locations of each cover section and is adapted to securing the cover section upon the barge perimeter defining edge. Each cover further includes a four point locking and unlocking feature activated by a lift handle for selectively opening a cargo carrying interior associated with the barge. A plurality of structurally strengthening trusses are also incorporated into each individually assemble-able barge section in combination with an in molded ladder associated with each end wall section.

  • Patent number: 6688563
Abstract: A support is provided for mounting a mouse surface on a keyboard supporting tray for movement about a first vertical axis for moving the mouse surface between right and left hand use positions disposed adjacent right and left hand ends of a keyboard supported by the tray; for movement about a second axis disposed within a plane arranged parallel to said first axis; and for movement about a horizontal axis for forwardly and rearwardly tilting the mouse surface relative to the ends of the keyboard and selectively positioning upper and lower surfaces of the mouse surface vertically above and below the keyboard. The support is cantilever supported on the tray by a pivot connection for defining the first axis and includes a bearing surface selectively engageable with an upwardly facing, arculate surface portions of the tray for providing vertical support for the mouse surface remotely of the first axis.

  • Patent number: 4307912
Abstract: A multi-position, wall avoiding reclining chair assembly having a unitized metal frame construction and featuring an improved linkage for supporting a chair seat for forwardly directed movement relative to a chair supporting base, as the chair assumes an intermediate reclined or TV position. The chair assembly also features an improved mechanism permitting the application of pressure to a back rest to initiate movement of the chair seat and a foot rest relative to the chair supporting base between their upright and reclined positions without producing substantial coincident rearwardly directed reclining movements of the back rest relative to the chair seat. After the chair seat and foot rest are disposed in their reclined positions to define the intermediate reclined or TV position of the chair, the application of pressure to the back rest will effect movement thereof into its reclined position to thereby define the fully reclined position of the chair.
