    Abstract: A top for a table, desk, counter or the like includes a watertight tank with a clear top surface. A mirror or other surface having dimensions less than the outer dimensions of the tank is positioned in the tank below the top. The tank is filled with a liquid to a level below the mirror such that air remains in the space between the top surface and the surface to the mirror. A pump discharges the liquid through tubes positioned around the perimeter of the tank in the space between the top surface and the surface of the mirror, causing bubbles to form and circulate in the space.
