  • Patent number: 10770175
Abstract: A computing device has a processor. A display is coupled to the processor. A user interface is coupled to the processor for entering data into the computing device. A memory is coupled to the processor, the memory storing program instructions that when executed by the processor, causes the processor to: load medical image data; match the medical image data to an anatomical model stored in a database having a data set closest to the medical image data; adjust at least one property on the anatomical model to form a modified anatomical model to match the medical data image; and detect if areas on the modified anatomical model exceeds predefined ranges indicating potential injured areas.

  • Publication number: 20110238618
Abstract: Some embodiments of the invention provide a method of medical collaboration. Some embodiments include a server application receiving and storing an image via an uploading application. In some embodiments, the image can be stored in a database, and upon receiving a request to view the image from a plurality of client applications, the image can be transmitted to the plurality of client applications so that each of the client applications can display the image. Some embodiments can include displaying an application interface on each of the plurality of client applications substantially simultaneously with the image.

  • Publication number: 20100055657
Abstract: Some embodiments of the invention provide methods of simulating an X-ray machine or an ultrasound machine on a computer to train users. The methods comprise providing a server, in communication with the computer, including a database and a processor and also providing at least one simulator viewing window including a virtual body and a virtual X-ray tube or a virtual ultrasound probe and at least one simulated image viewing window including a simulated radiographic image or a simulated ultrasound image. The method further comprises the processor using the position of the virtual body and the virtual X-ray tube or the virtual ultrasound probe, controlled by the user, to generate the simulated radiographic image or the simulated ultrasound image.

  • Publication number: 20060101055
Abstract: An interactive 3-dimensional object-oriented database patient specific information storage system includes an input device, a database containing 3-dimensional meshes of objects each with an object identifier and a symptom list with each symptom having associated ones of the object identifiers of the 3-dimensional meshes of objects. An interface connected to interact with the database and the input device. The interface including a symptom input form for entering symptoms from the symptom list. The interface is designed to select 3-dimensional meshes of objects having ones of object identifiers associated with the entered symptoms and display the selected 3-dimensional meshes of objects on a symptom template. A record of the entered symptoms and the object identifiers of the associated ones of the 3-dimensional meshes of objects is created and stored.
