Abstract: Methods and instruments for placement of orthopedic implants in bones of a patient. The placement may include selective placement of the implant relative to structure of the bone using a measurement system that may detect interfaces between layers of the bone. The orthopedic implants may be engaged by various embodiments of chucks. The chucks may include structure for engaging indexing features of a corresponding orthopedic implant to restrict movement of the implant relative to the chuck along a working axis. The chucks may allow for use of an instrument having a measurement system for accurate and repeatable placement of the implants using the instrument.

The frame is supported on forward and rear wheel assemblies with a supporting wheel. The transaxles are supported beneath the frame and pivotally secured thereto by a flange captivating vibration pillows and proximate the driven wheel and an inner pivot rod secured to the frame by apertures in downwardly depending tabs.

Abstract: A process for continuously treating a stream of water (for example, a stream of oil and gas well wastewater) to remove contaminants therefrom is provided. The process comprises: a) testing the stream of water to determine if it contains biological matter and, if necessary, removing biological matter from the stream; b) testing the pH level of the stream and, if necessary, adjusting the pH level of the stream; c) separating the stream of water into a sludge discharge stream and a separator unit effluent stream; d) separating the separator unit effluent stream into a steam discharge stream and a concentrated brine stream; and e) separating the concentrated brine stream into a chlorine gas stream and at least one of a sodium stream and a calcium stream. A corresponding system is also provided.
