The individualized life assurance product provides users with a cancer prevention component, a cancer management component, a cancer recovery component, and a financial protection component accessible via the customer portal.     Abstract: A computer system and computative process for designing, implementing, processing, communicating and managing a bank-eligible investment product that invests in other bank-eligible investments wherein the risk-based capital exposure of each investment is compared to a limit database and processed using a plurality of risk-weight percentages stored in the database. The computer system receives as its inputs performance data and asset allocation data for each investment and processes that data in order to calculate the risk-based capital exposure of each investment inside the product, determine the risk-based capital assessment of an investor's total investment in the product, and as part of its output, provides sufficient reporting information for investors as required by federal, state, and local regulations.

    Abstract: The present invention involves a computer software and hardware system which smoothly integrates the following functions into an integrated computer-based system for designing and administering a BOLI plan for national banks under current federal and state guidelines and financial market constraints. The systems includes determining the highest BOLI premium permitted under OCC Banking Circular 9651, determining insurable interest requirements by accessing a database with the appropriate state's insurable interest guidelines, generating performance estimates for the BOLI plan and allocating premium amount by business unit and employee. The system also ensures that the BOLI plan is in compliance with the regulatory requirements for the business unit. In addition, the system reinsures the BOLI plan through a captive insurance company of the financial organization, obtaining policy values for the captive insurance company.
