The controller converts the first data to second data not being usable to identify individuals. The controller provides data in a range decided based on content of a predetermined data use contract, among the second data, to a second business operator. The controller calculates a consideration for the data that is to be paid by the second business operator, based on a data use record of the second business operator.

    Abstract: A process for preparing a copolymer latex comprising emulsion polymerizing an aliphatic conjugated diene monomer and other monomer copolymerizable therewith in the presence of a cyclic unsaturated hydrocarbon having one unsaturated bond in a ring, in which, preferably a monomer mixture which does not contain the aliphatic conjugated diene monomer is added after the addition of a monomer mixture containing the aliphatic conjugated diene monomer, or a part of a chain transfer agent is added after the addition of the monomers. This copolymer latex is useful as an adhesive composition, a paper coating composition, an adhesive composition for back-sizing carpets, an adhesive composition for rock fiber materials, a paper coating composition for gravure printing, and a color developing composition for a pressure sensitive copying paper.

    Abstract: A copolymer latex which is useful in an adhesive composition, a paper coating composition, an adhesive composition for carpet lining and an adhesive composition for a rock fiber substrate is prepared by emulsion copolymerizing an aliphatic conjugated diene monomer and at least one other monomer copolymerizable therewith in the presence of a chain transfer agent and at least one compound having no copolymerizing reactivity selected from the group consisting of hydrocarbons having 5 to 12 carbon atoms, halogenated aromatic hydrocarbons, five or six membered ring heterocyclic compounds, aliphatic ethers and aliphatic esters in an amount of 1 to 100 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of a total amounts of the aliphatic conjugated diene monomer and the other monomer.
